 Orders ship from North Carolina. Our standard method of shipping in the U.S. is USPS and UPS. If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing the order. As of now we are offering USPS & UPS international shipping to United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa.   International shipping will we based on weight instead of value. USPS First Class Package International for items under 4 lbs and USPS Priority Mail International for items weighing from 4 lbs to 20 lbs or UPS International .
International shipping is calculated based on weight.

Shipping costs for U.S. are based on total price of order:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed and are calculated from the day the package is shipped. Packages being delivered to the West Coast will be on the outside end of the estimated delivery times. Please note: Holidays and the Christmas season may cause delays in the shipping and delivery of orders. Please make sure that your address is correct before ordering. The carriers charge extra to reship the packages.

NOTES ON PROHIBITIONS & RESTRICTIONS:

- Our Root Children Bundle Box contains a package of flower seeds. Plant products like flower seeds are mailable in the U.S. & its territories but may be restricted in other countries. We will be substituting the seeds with a Root Children Coloring Book. If you live in the U.S. you may choose either.

-France has a restriction on beeswax. We carry several products that contain beeswax.

-Belgium has a restriction for no plastic wrap for items. If items are wrapped in plastic wrapping, the plastic will be removed before shipping.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date it was delivered. You will be issued a full refund less the shipping charges.

Returns Involving Promotions & Free Gifts

1. Rules for Returns with Promotions and Free Gifts:
If you return an item, your order total changes. If your new total drops below our special reward limits, you lose those rewards:

  • Free Shipping Limit: If your new total drops below the minimum amount for free shipping, we will take our standard shipping fee out of your refund.

  • Coupons and Discounts: If your new total drops below the minimum spend required for a coupon or discount, that discount amount will be taken away.

  • Free Gifts: If your new total drops below the minimum spend required for a free gift, you must mail the free gift back to us. It must be new and closed. If you keep the free gift, the retail value of that gift will be taken out of your refund.

2. How You Get Your Money Back:

  • Original Card: We can only send money back to the exact credit card or payment method you used to buy the items.

  • Gift Card: If there is any difficulty giving a refund because your card is expired, closed, or no longer exists, we will give you store credit on a digital gift card instead.

  • Shipping: You must pay the post office to mail your return packages back to us.
